A Journey Through Hebrews

For the next several months at Elmbrook we are going to discover together the many ways that Jesus is BETTER! He is better in his Person, better than anything the Old Testament provided and better than the worn-out ways of life we often choose.

Like the first-century Jewish Christians to whom this book was written, we can sense the rising anti-Christian tensions all around us. We feel the pressure to conform or compromise our values and priorities by abandoning "the Jesus way" for a lesser way. The book of Hebrews instructs and inspires us to renew our commitment to the sufficiency and superiority of Jesus Christ!
