Gift Exchange

Exchange the gift you don’t want for the gift you don’t have.

Loneliness. Craziness. Bitterness. So often Christmas gives us "gifts" like these — gifts that we don’t want, but find hard to get rid of. And year after year we hang on to them, never realizing that we can actually exchange them for better gifts: closeness, stillness, forgiveness. Together we'll discover how you can exchange the gift you don’t want for the gift you don’t have.

Missing Ingredients

We live in a culture with key missing ingredients: truth, kindness, and honor. The sad thing is that we have become accustomed to it, as if it is the new normal. We twist the truth about others and ourselves. We talk down on people as if they didn’t matter. What if the church were different? What if we were known to be the kindest people on the planet? What if we leaned into truth about ourselves and the world around us? And what if we, as we did this, believed that every person is worthy of honor? Join us as we discover a different way to live that just might change the world around us.

Big Questions

We all want answers in life, but what if the answers were in the questions? Join us as we look at six Big Questions that Jesus asks of us. Questions that will make you think. Questions that could change your life. You may discover a Jesus who is bigger than you realize and a life that is fuller than you have ever known.

ONE.

The apostle Paul said, "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28)

In God's design for the church, all people — young and old, male and female, rich and poor, black and white — are necessary to accomplish the mission of the church. This requires us to be ONE.
