We believe each individual is a unique creation of God. Our mission is to make worship and the Word of God accessible to all people by equipping and encouraging them to be disciples of Christ, according to His plan.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future."

Disability Steering Committee	Committed to meet the practical and spiritual needs of individuals with disabilities in Elmbrook Church and beyond. The group meets at Elmbrook Church for discussion and planning as needed.
Resource Guide for Individuals with Health Issues or Disabilities	A list of available resources within Elmbrook Church, the community, and the internet for practical help and assistance with emotional, medical, legal, insurance, and housing issues for people facing an illness or disability.
Developmental/Cognitive Disabilities or Special Needs	We believe it's important to help individuals with cognitive disabilities to understand the Word of God. One-on-one buddies are provided to younger children with special needs that are enrolled in Sunday School, and a Sunday morning class is provided for teens and adults with developmental or cognitive disabilities.
Hearing Impairments	Assisting people with hearing impairments to hear the Word of God.
Physical Impairments	Our goal is to make Elmbrook Church physically accessible to everyone.
Respite Care	Respite Care for parents of children with special needs is provided on designated Saturday afternoons.
Teen Haven Class	This class exists to give teens on the autism spectrum a place where they can belong; where specially designed lessons help them to explore the Bible and grow in their faith.
Visual Impairments	Providing assistance to bring the Word of God to people who are blind or have low vision skills.
Volunteer Needs/Serving Opportunities	Volunteers are an important part of the Disability Ministry and your help is needed in a variety of areas.

Wheels for the World	Your retired or outgrown wheelchair, walker, crutches, canes, artificial limbs and most rehab devices will bring new meaning to the lives of disabled persons around the world.
