Most people associate grief with death, but grief and loss come in many forms, tangible and intangible, such as divorce, estrangement, relationship struggles, loss of safety, loss of trust, loss of faith. This workshop welcomes participants grieving any type of loss experience. A compassionate support group, with a unique action-based component. Participants will learn a method for applying useful recovery tools when faced with the pain of loss, and unresolved grief that is keeping your heart closed. Recovery does not mean forgetting a terrible memory, or person, or event. Recovery means learning how to move forward with the pain of loss.
