Living with anxiety, depression & other challenges can be exhausting/confusing!
Living Grace will empower you with new ways to reduce symptoms, increase your well-being and rest in God's grace. The class will walk through a 16-week curriculum (meeting every other week) that will give you practical tools and strategies to help manage your mental health in a supportive and loving Christ-centered environment.
