CRU | Manhattan, New York City
Meghan helps lead a team of 10 Cru staff (of which Sam is a part!) to reach 400,000+ college students on 60+ colleges & universities across Manhattan and the Bronx with the Gospel. Right now they help lead student movements on 10 different campuses, a few of which include: New York University, The Fashion Institute of Technology, The New School, The King’s College, City College of New York, Lehman College, etc. Day to day, they share their faith with lost students across the city, meet to disciple Christian student leaders, lead Bible studies, speak and teach at student gatherings, and train and equip students to love Jesus, lead their peers, and live out their faith for a lifetime. God has given them a vision to raise up students who will love Jesus, live as disciples of Christ, and make disciples on their campuses.
- For us - wisdom to raise our boys well in the city and meaningfully put Jesus first as a family.
- For our team - to depend on God for everything we do and for ways to effectively reach lost students here with the Gospel in the midst of the post-COVID realities in NYC.
- For the city - for God to make people aware of their need for a Savior and raise up disciple makers in every facet of city culture.
