Who We Are as a Team

The people who serve at Elmbrook share a common character. These are the values we strive to live out, not because we've arrived, but because we're growing into them together.

Integrity

We aim to be the same person in public and in private, honest, trustworthy, and faithful in the small things, with our work and our character undivided. We want our lives to be honorable before God and others. Rooted in Daniel 6:4, Proverbs 10:9, and 2 Corinthians 1:12.

Humility

We try to see ourselves honestly, hold our own importance loosely, and make room for others to contribute. No task is beneath us, and we'd rather serve than impress. Rooted in John 13:14–15, Matthew 23:11–12, and Romans 12:3.

Spiritually Growing & Led

We stay teachable, eager to learn from our leaders and one another, and we build the daily habits that help us grow in knowledge, ability, and spiritual maturity. Rooted in Hebrews 13:17, 1 Peter 2:2–3, and Ephesians 4:15–16.
