You are a spiritual being on a human journey.
You have a physical body, but your life is largely driven by an unseen part of you. That part shapes the way you see the world and yourself, directs the choices you make, and guides your actions. Your spirit is the most important part of who you are. And yet you rarely spend time developing your inner life because following Jesus isn’t always easy (Luke 9:23-24). It’s in your nature to be anxious, self-centered and distracted. You are not naturally inclined to grow in the likeness of Christ, who was trusting, self-giving, and attentive. It takes practice.
Re:New is all about spiritual practices that will help you in this process of growing into Christlikeness, developing a deeper intimacy with God the Father and relying on the Holy Spirit. You are invited into a journey through which you open your heart to a deeper connection with God. You don’t have to be a bystander in your spiritual life, you can be an active participant with God, who is ever inviting you into a deep, intimate and loving relationship with him.

November 13: Re:New Your Time with God
You know that Jesus is IMPORTANT to you. You know Him as your Savior and Lord. Yet, either due to circumstances or complacency, your time with God isn’t what you would like it to be.
You are yearning for a renewed faith and vibrancy of life in your relationship with God. However, instead of spending time with God you find yourself struggling to fit God in to your limited time. God wants you to be present to him so that you can experience his love in a very substantial way. This seminar will present the spiritual practice of Silence and Solitude as a practice towards renewing, receiving and responding to God’s presence in your life.
