The Congo Initiative was established to bring Christian transformation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Their work engages in key areas where intervention is needed: education, Christian vocation, holistic family development, governance and economic development. The vision began with the Christian Bilingual University of Congo to develop a community of Christ-centered Congolese leaders who will help create a flourishing DRC. It has expanded to include schools for marginalized children, counseling services, vocational training, mentoring of entrepreneurs, church renewal, and justice.
