Mission Apprenticeship Program

Wondering if God is calling you to long-term missionary service?

The Mission Apprenticeship Program is for young adults (age 18 and up) who want to test that calling in a real setting. We connect apprentices to cross-cultural, often international environments where they can seek clarity about their future and grow in faith along the way.

Apprentices serve with Elmbrook partner organizations or alongside the field workers Elmbrook supports. The goal is simple: that you would learn to use your gifts to serve others, living and loving like Jesus, and come away with a clearer sense of where God is leading.
